Your license information will be sent to the email address provided during purchase shortly. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, please check your Spam folder in case it was mistakenly marked as spam.

In case you still have not received your license key, please contact us or 2Checkout to check if there might be a slight typo error in the email address registered upon purchase, which hindered you from receiving the download/license information.

Any Video Converter is now subscription-based. This means your monthly or annual subscription (excluding perpetual) will automatically renew at the end of each term. If you no longer wish to continue, you can cancel at any time before the renewal date.

You can refer to our subscription FAQ or contact customer service for assistance in canceling the auto-renewal service.

After the renewal, you will receive an email with a new registration code. You will need this new code to re-register the program.

If you cancel during the subscription period, you can continue using the program until the end of your current term. After cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email with the expiration date of your license. Once the subscription ends, the program will revert to the trial version, and repurchasing will be required to continue using the full version.

The prices displayed on our website are exclusive of taxes. Depending on your country, VAT may apply. The renewal price will be the same as the initial purchase price unless you receive a discount from one of our occasional promotions. Please note that the discounted price only applies to the initial purchase; renewals will be charged at the original price listed on our website.

We only allow users to upgrade from a monthly plan to an annual plan for the same product. If you wish to change your subscription plan, please contact customer service.

The unused days of your current subscription will be calculated and converted into a credit toward the new plan. If there is any remaining balance due, you will be charged for the difference. Once the subscription change is confirmed, you will be charged the difference immediately and billed annually for the new plan.

Sorry, this is not applicable. You will need to purchase the lifetime license separately, and we will refund your subscription.
